Under the Sea Foods is owned by Solange and Adrian Popo. The company started off as a canteen operated at Cable and Wireless Saint Lucia Limited. Naturally the business grew, eventually offering catering services for Radio Caribbean International, Leverage Management and several other small but discerning functions. We also provide local juices to the Discovery at Marigot hotel.

Our mission statement is to exceed customer’s expectation by providing the best quality seafood, excellent customer service, lowest prices and unlimited stock.

We plan on expanding the company sufficiently to allow for the marketing of our own branding and also to establish a fish processing plant, to allow for seasoned fish fillets and shellfish carrying the Under the Sea Foods brand.

Short term plans are underway to acquire a delivery vehicle to be able to establish an island wide market for our products.
